Jen and I sit the old and older guard sit front row and three speakers in a row went back to back and they all went on their own personal rants, bashing social media.

And I leaned over to Jen.

I said, next time I do a presentation, I'm going to talk about how much I love social media.

And we laughed about it because to me, here's the thing about social media.

Get out of it.

It's voluntary.

And I mean, I'm not talking about- They're just angry.

There ain't like don't hit the app.

Don't don't scroll.

Don't like just take the app off your phone.

But stop bitching about something that you are going on.

You sound like a psycho.

So I'm a fan of social media.

Use it in doses that work for you.

I wouldn't recommend it.

It's not like creatine where I'm going to tell you how many grams to take.

I'm going to say, you know, what's best for you.

That's the first.

Or talk about how they may not be able to coach their way out of a bag in a one-to-one scenario.

But it also, again, you go back to what Adam said, you don't have to compare.
