I think the real answer is I don't think anybody knows.
I think it's the early days of a new medium.
Just like for those of us like you and I who were around in the early days of search, it was not super clear where it would go.
John Battel, I think it was twenty-two years ago in O three, was like, Google is the database of intent.
And we all were like, Wow, yes, there was great intent here.
And we saw, you know, uh ginormous businesses.
Is built on that.
Sure.
I also hear things like, hey, you know what?
The LLMs, they're more likely to go to third-party sources for upper funnel content, like top 10 lists and G2, and your website for mid and lower funnel content to get the details.
And while that may be true, in my humble opinion, both are going to be for both.
I do not think that SEO will be tofu only and that LLM.
LMs will be, you know, mid or lower funnel.
I personally I don't believe that at all.
I think if we really get speculative, uh again, opinion of one, not based in data.
Sure.
I think over time they will come together because they each serve a purpose.
Just like I'll draw a parallel and cut me off this is not where you want to go.
