It's really exciting.

And, you know, as we spoke about in the last episode we did together,

Where I detailed what I've been through in my story and stuff like that.

And obviously my eldest daughter being brought into the world as a consequence of that abuse, it really does feel like a second chance at fatherhood now.

Yeah.

And it's really beautiful and exciting.

Yeah, for sure.

So I was raised in a household of domestic violence where my father was quite physically abusive.

And I experienced that throughout my entire childhood.

That was my baseline.

I thought it was normal.

And then when my parents divorced when I was 10 years old, I didn't see my father for three years until I was 13.

And when I was 13, I was in the eighth grade.

I was this kid entering high school.

I didn't have a father figure around me or like a male figure around me.

And my father really was my only option.

So even after all those years of abuse, physical abuse, I reached out to him because I thought maybe he's changed.

And then that's when I moved in with him and that's when I was introduced to my stepmother.

who sexually abused me for three years after that, so from the ages of 13 to 16.
