to be able to express love and feel love.

And then when I found out that my baby's on the way, you know, it's something that it's a hurdle that you have to overcome.

And I can't really articulate it other than it's just a challenge I have to face and a challenge I have to come to, yeah, come to terms with.

And it is a challenge that I want to overcome because, yeah,

the little girl that's going to be brought into the world later this year does not deserve to take on any of that as well.

And I think,

understanding that all this trauma has been passed on to me, but it is not fair on the baby to be this tool of healing for me or this vessel of healing.

A redemption or something.

I've got to cut it off.

You know, and also I'm incredibly grateful for the fact that I've got the foresight to think ahead and to say I actually don't want to pass this on to the next generation.

You know, trauma more often than not is intergenerational.

Like I know the trauma that I experienced, it didn't start with me.

You know, it happened generations and generations before.

I just so happened to be the first person to say enough.
