So just come and say, well, you know, I'm on the council, so we should, you know, that was not, this has nothing to do with that.

This is part of the current process where folks can come before you

with an application at any time in the process.

And then the application goes to a public hearing.

And again, that's all this is about.

I'm hoping that this goes forward so they can have their public hearing.

And both sides, if they can show that there is a need and somebody else wants to show there isn't a need, that's the opportunity to do that and to get public input.

And that's what we're asking for today.

From what it sounds like with the new appointment, that there's going to be more and more delays for this chapter, for the rewrite.

And that was basically said, so you're going to have to go to meetings, you're going to have to review it, look over it.

Then we're going to recess.

It's going to be a while before that comes back to us.

I think in good conscience, we need to go ahead and allow for the discussion to come up.
