The EMS Council is looking at various aspects, but that should not negate them having a hearing since they applied under the old system way before we asked the EMS Council to weigh in.

And that's what we're saying.

As was said, in December, everybody will have an opportunity.

These folks in December, there are going to be opportunities for other people to apply because it's renewal.

The fact of the matter is these folks applied before these other folks applied.

These other folks applied after we'd already gone to the MS Council.

So in all fairness, these folks need to be heard.

I understand.

But I'm also on the committee.
