It's one of the big contributing factors.

And some friends went by the wayside because she realised that that was the thing that glued them together.

It's like the Spice Girls, Baby Spice, wearing leopard and it was like, ah, no Emma Bunton.
Yeah, that's right.
You don't live in a vacuum.
You can't live in isolation.
And I think...
That's and we are in peak change now.
We're in the sandwich generation.
We are in like hormones going everywhere.
People are getting sick or our parents are either poorly or dying or, you know, you've got teenagers or you're not having children.
You know, you're facing infertility.
And I write about that in the book as well, about friends who didn't have children at the same time as when friends and that causes ripples.
I'm sounding a bit doom and gloom.
There's a lot of joy in the book.
