You know, that instant gratification, it's like our new cigarettes, it's like our new... It's all that sort of thing.
So I wanted to talk about how...
much shame there is around a lot of these things, the shame around drinking, the shame around food and sort of sharing that and how important and powerful it is to share that.
Yes, that's it.
And I was so, yeah, so very much victim to that.
And the algorithms know.
They know, you know.
And now it's all, you know, weight loss drugs and all the supplements that you would never need and all those sort of things.
And so it's like you're fat, you're wrinkly, you're old, nobody wants you.
Like that's the messaging.
That's, you know, your bones are going to turn into dust and you're going to like you're falling apart.
Most of the time you're pretty okay.
You're good.
So, yeah, I think that's it.
And the same with alcohol.
Like, I think we are aggressively now marketed alcohol that we never were before.
And women are the ones targeted, you know, with the pink gin and the wine o'clock and all that sort of stuff.
And it's really it's really interesting.
Anyway, that's a bit that's a bit bleak.
all drink out and I don't drink that much anymore.
