You have to be talking.

You have to be processing the feelings.

And you have to stand up for yourself.

I think that was just the thing.

And the same thing could have been going on for him.

Like, so I'm not just like, oh, I up and left.

Like, it was a collaborative thing that needed to happen.

But you got to fight for yourself.
