If you have those kind of character testimonies, so to speak, that's not saying he's a perfect guy, but he certainly knew that he had a problem.

And, and, and if he, and I feel like, right, right.

You, you know, you listed off some serial killers there and some traits that they had and some of the profiles that they drew up based on these guys.
And that was almost used as a, as a, an enabler of sorts.
Alcohol was almost used as a, like, I've got to load up a little bit so I can do what I want to do.
He didn't come across that way, certainly from what they were saying.
That's telling to me.
That's really interesting.
It doesn't remove him from the Jessica situation, but I think it does broaden the gap for me as a listener and for me from the outside looking in between him and the other two women that we're talking about in this season.
Well, that's not, that's something that's not specific to, to Australia.

Like here in the States, I mean, that's something that, and I believe, I don't, I don't know that we aired what we talked about, but I do, I remember having a conversation with you guys early on where I was like, you guys feel like a racist, there's a, there's a racism piece to this, you know?
And, and what's interesting is the neighbor doesn't just,
mention the racism she it's the way that she said it that really struck me was that like it was almost as if people were loaded up waiting for a reason to look at pie bun right because of that piece um and so you know it
that's there's two ways to look at that piece of the conversation one is like it's totally understandable that that people would um it's almost to be expected that people would would kind of lean that way but then there's also the other other side of that coin which is like that's an easy card to pull yeah you know what i mean so so we have to kind of toe that line a little bit um i think it's an especially easy card to pull off
Yeah, and I mean, I think everybody that's been associated with Paya Bun that you've mentioned in this season, it seems like the common trait with all of them is they're hard people.
You know what I mean?
And so hard people are easy to look at and go, I don't know about that guy.
