Yeah, so I don't go to Crosby's until, because to get to Crosby's, that requires, it's quite a difficult tramp to get up there.

And I think Alan would be the first to admit that he probably wasn't in the right shape to make that trip at that time.

But no, we didn't go there.

That's more of like a day trip to get up there and back.

yeah we went to tower creek and um we hear this in in the episodes so we might chat about that now and um you know and that's it's a very interesting location too tower creek because

It's a bit different today than it was back at that time, but it ends up becoming such a key part of this case because you're talking about, and we'll get into this, I think, probably in the next Debrief episode more, but, you know, the tent that appears in the hut at the end of Tararou Creek.

But this, at the end of Tararou Creek, right, is where the car was and where David Tamahere alleges that he found the car, broke into the car, stole it, you know, and...

And it becomes the most contentious part of this case.

The police saying, bullshit, that didn't happen.

You had the car and you had the keys because you killed Heidi and her barn.

Him saying, no, no, I just walked up that road, found the car there and broke into it.

And I found it really interesting.

I think it's in one of these three episodes, we go over the transcripts of David Tamahiti describing breaking into the car and, you know, and it's quite interesting just hearing about it and then hearing Colin Matthews' mouth talk about his experience of that.

And I'd kind of forgotten in the time since then to now, you know, his little part of that story.
