That's why Ireland, I mean, I spoke to an Irish headmaster chap the other day who is a headmaster in South Africa.

I said, and Ireland have no right to be number one, two or three in the world in rugby union because they play hurling, they have Gaelic football.

You know, they don't have, you know, many, many rugby players as other countries have.

You know, if you think about it, I mean, it's phenomenal about what Ireland rugby has done in the last, you know, 10 years or whatever, because,

Just from a numbers point of view and from a player base point of view.

But the thing they have got is they're incredibly detailed, Bernard, as you know, the attention to detail, the ability to learn from all the other sporting codes.

You know, a guy like you is involved in equestrian.

I'm sure there are things that equestrian do that would help rugby union, whether it's from off the field or...

how you look after animals or whatever the story is.

And I say that's probably one area that South Africa has taken a step up.

A lot of emotion in the old days, a lot of power, a lot of that sort of givens that were part of our game, Neil, have now been added to by things like elite player development, coaching structures, outside coaching, as I said, pony contracts where we play as a national interest, all that sort of thing.

Bernard, it's interesting because when you wear a provincial hat, like a Leinster hat or a Bulls hat, then you look at that team and you know what you need.

So I'll just give you a stat.

This week, the box assembled, they had 54 players assembled for two test series.
