And then we get them.
And then we just stop paying attention to it.
Like fumble.
Yeah, we just, well, I've got that now.
I'll worry about these other things.
And there's no shortage of other things to worry about.
There's so much to worry about.
I get it.
I'm not faulting anybody for that.
But I really feel like keeping that connection is so easy.
It's so much easier to overlap our perspectives.
It is so much easier to stay healthy than to let yourself get sick and terribly out of shape and then try to climb your way back.
You can, you can, but it's so much easier just to maintain.
And that's what I really trying to say to people is that by the time you're in my office,
it's gone so sideways.
Because people fall out of love or break up the same way they go bankrupt, very slowly and then all at once.
It's like, it's slow, it's slow, it's slow, and then it just goes off a cliff.
And you wanna blame the cheating.
or you want to blame the financial impropriety or the lying, but those are, those are symptoms of the underlying thing.
And the underlying thing is almost always disconnection.
