So
trying to see if you can get an attribution model.
I know sometimes it can be a little bit hard with a coming the size of N of HP E, but even with your medium or small size business, if you can get an attribution model or y find a way to link organic search traffic to some of those conversion points, such as the add to cart or a chat bot or an email or, you know, a qualified lead, that can easily perk up the ears of
a stakeholder to see what else that SEO can offer and how they can, you know, leverage some more information that you can give so that you can further make a better SEO plan.
As counterintuitive as it sounds, if
you know, you present all this information to a PM or a stakeholder and they ask no questions, then obviously you didn't get the buy in like you wanted.
But if you present a whole bunch of information and then they start asking questions or they start refuting some of your data, then you can see, you know, the wheels turning in their head on, oh, hey, actually I could connect this dot to this dot or I can make
this offering with you know with this product or hey we haven't thought about it like this.
How can you know can we get some more information from that?
I I've seen that a lot with you know at least with some of the stakeholders that I interact with, you know, the more questions that they have and also limiting the amount of data that you present to them.
These are extremely busy people and you know l overloading them with information is is not going to
I hope.
their thought process whatsoever.
Again when I mentioned before about what do they define as a conversion, showing how the process of you starting with some of your SEO processes and then getting to that conversion and making a case study for it.
Then they can, you know, see, well, can we scale that particular process
and you know, for my particular product.
Can we scale that process for my particular business?
And, you know, they'll begin to ask more and more questions and the more questions you ask, the more defined and more buy-in they can get from these stakeholders.
Yeah, I know my job says SEO manager, but also it should also in part say, you know, data analyst.
I mean I probably look at spreadsheets and dig into uh, you know, data sets on a day to day and week to week and a month to month basis just so that I can justify whatever I'm trying to present to a stakeholder.
