Uh we have different silos of business.
So marketers can go in, they can drill down to a specific page or a specific group of pages within those dashboards and get some of the key SEO insights that they might need: queries, top landing pages, any sort of Google Analytics, Google search consult data.
They have self-service access to that.
And so it's at their fingertips.
Now, what I do is I'll meet with each of these different sites.
Sections individually on a quarterly basis, and just stay in the loop of what their priorities are on an ongoing three-month basis, right?
So that'll keep me up to date with any campaigns that those groups might be running, any initiatives, what what the key business priorities for that time period.
From there, the onus is on me to identify, you know,
Where can I step in and help these marketers essentially do their jobs better, right?
Achieve their goals and really optimize their pages for organic search.
So we kind of flip the script a little bit, right?
Obviously, we as a digital team, we accept requests, right?
Any audits that folks need, anything like that.
When people need help, we try to be there for them.
But from my perspective,
I like to kind of be tuned into what are the business priorities in a given time period and see where I can jump in and help those marketers achieve their goals.
So the first part is gonna be early communication, right?
And I think that's a really good way to set expectations and help people through what can be, you know, a frustrating or scary time period.
A really good example is this last March core algo update.
Non-government healthcare sites and YMYL sites in general did take a bit of a hit.
