You can't just stay in anger.
You can't just stay in anxiety.
You got to like turn that.
We need to like work with this and turn it into something productive.
But like that's amazing.
This is good.
There are feelings here.
You know, whenever I've gotten into, I'd say, something didn't work out or I've gotten into proverbial trouble personally or professionally or...
way back when athletically, it was when I just didn't care.
There was no emotion.
It was just like, ah, whatever.
And that just didn't work out.
Never worked out when that happened.
And I want to spend it like the pivot I think is so important and like somewhat related.
I have to bring it up.
I was listening to a podcast about Roger Federer, the all-time tennis great, and how he was like, he's like Mr. Cool on the tennis court.
But apparently Federer really struggled with anger.
And in his early tennis years, he was a mess.
He would throw his racket.
And then finally said, I can't do this.
