You can't have a stress-free life where you, you know, eventually devolve into a vegetative state because you're not stimulating yourself and you're, you know, you can't do that.

So of the science, when researching the book, what really stood out in your view?
So you mentioned building a muscle.
If someone wants to start working on their resilience muscles today, is there one daily practice, mindset shift, lifestyle modification?
What do you recommend for someone saying, I'm good.
I really have nothing to be resilient about at the moment, but I want to build this muscle so I'm ready.
And they are in maintaining relationships about being open.
And I also think men who unfortunately, you know, maybe get divorced or single and something happens, the outcomes are very bad because there's no one to turn to.
And they often will not share if they're really hurting.
Can we just spend a moment on men?
Can we talk about how resilience is different for women and how women should be thinking about protecting their heart health?
And women are also so misdiagnosed.
