So I think to me, the other piece of advice that is is really work on the power of communication, power of storytelling.
I said I was a child actor.
I really didn't embrace that part of my life until I got well into my 40s.
And I had people younger than me coming up and saying, hey, how do I do what you do?
And how do I get to where you are?
That I actually started to reflect objectively.
And you think about it, great plays really emotionally connect with people.
Great stories have gone viral for thousands of years because we're programmed that way.
So really work on the power of communication.
And language, I think we take language for granted a lot.
And so the leader that we studied in the book on Pfizer, where usually it would take seven, eight years to do a clinical vaccine trial.
And that team did it in 266 days while they did all of the other clinical trials.
It's like, oh, my God, how did you actually do that?
And the whole story is in the book, but one of the things was he was an outsider, new to Pfizer, and he realized that people were using the same words to mean different things.
Like the word innovation is one example.
It's kind of a suitcase term.
Yes, 100 people, it means 100 different things to those people.
