There's always variance here, but I think what I most see people struggle with is they have a very skewed perception of what success looks like and feels like.
I think there is a sense that
at the speed of which it has to be accomplished, the way it should look compared to somebody else.
And the system to success is actually quite simple.
It's not very sexy.
It's very replicable, consistent behavior that people are reaching so far behind.
They don't realize how much less they need to do to go so much further.
And I think they just, they burn out so bright, so fast, and they leave themselves falling short because it's like, it is really a long-term,
effort that makes the change that they're really after.
This is a great question.
My sense is that their lives in general get better.
That's how I know.
They start to...
operate with a bit more levity.
They're doing good at their job.
They're just operating with a little bit more certainty in themselves, a little bit more confidence.
