And it's because you realize the routine has shifted from something to do and it becomes part of who they are.
And it's subtleties.

Just tacking on to him because it's like, it's also for so long as coaches, we've been doing a one to many, like almost like a triangle shape, like me to everybody.
And now, especially with that community that Adam and I are working in, it's like they are looking after each other now.
they are lifting each other up.
They're saying, yes, I was there.
I know that feeling.
I've been this way.
Stick with it.
So it's not resting on the shoulders of just leadership.
It's resting within the experiences of success and struggle of everybody else in that community.
And because of that, there's real trial, there's real evidence, and there's real...
like possibility that's like seeded into that person saying, okay, it's, I'm not just hearing it from Jen or Adam or who, you know, this is real and it's going to be real for me too.
