You know, your your partner is having an experience that you really wanted and so you're jealous that, you know, they're they're getting to d watch Game of Thrones with somebody and you didn't want to.
It's a real feeling.
Or um or it can also be insecurity of like, oh this person just seems so much better than me and you know, might fit my partner's life so much better and I I I feel, you know, in inadequate in some way.
Like so there's knowing in yourself why you're feeling that feeling and being able to go, Oh, okay, well this is actually what's coming up for me allows you to talk with your partners about that and discuss that and, you know, move through it much more easily.

But there's also like successful monopoly relationships where like one of the people in it just doesn't want to be with other people and that's totally fine.
Um and just the other person is interested in in dating multiple people.

There's no right way to do poly.
You know, there's no there's no this is the right configuration and I think monogamy has that safety where polyamory there's no sense of like, Oh well, I'm doing it right because it looks like everybody else's polyamory.
I think it's different for everybody.
