Do I like the painting that all of these dots are putting together?
If you don't, then have the courage to change it and say, well, what's my next one going to be?
Because sometimes I have looked at it and been like, you know, I don't really like what I'm doing right now or why I'm doing it or how I think about myself or treat other people along the way.

literally play out your whole day in your head, watch yourself, like brush your teeth, go make your coffee, all these things.
And it was like, he asked us a series of questions.
Like, what are you proud of?
