So I'm going to advise you to get yourself like a notebook and every day, write down everything you fucking hate about today's pregnancy.
And if there's nothing to write today, then there's nothing to write today, but it could be like, Oh my God, my hair is coming out or my foot hurt or whatever.
It doesn't matter.
Write it down.
And then
Before you go to bed, ball it up, burn it, get a black Sharpie, just let it go.
And it's not because there's something wrong with it.
It's because these are feelings.
And just like the waves, they come in to the shore and then they go back.
And as they go back, they just become the ocean.
The waves are no longer waves.
They're just emotions.
These are just emotions.
So whether it's hormones, as my initial thesis, which I'm sticking with, I think your hormones are intensifying these feelings that are,
