yeah so it's just horrendous so from that day I was like don't everyone do that again humiliating also I just was like it was so bad I was like they're not gonna ask me to come back so I I'd like I do this a lot when I fear kicks in for me I will get to the worst place before you catastrophize because I'm like then it won't hurt as much
So I'll just mentally put myself there like as quickly as possible.
It's a protective mechanism in a way.
But it's stupid really, because I just hurt myself twice because you still don't, even when someone then confirms it to you, it still doesn't hurt.
