At the end of the day, if it's not going to scale, then none of us should really be in this business because ultimately scale is what really matters.

And there's four elements that are needed.

And we think Visa Direct is actually well positioned within those four

we've seen, the growth that we've seen, the success that we've seen.

There's reach.

Payments, money movement has to work all the time everywhere I want it to work.

If it only works here but not there, then it's just not going to scale because people are going to start to question whether it works and then there's trust factor that comes in.

So ubiquitous reach that works everywhere is key.

Speed.

Now, we can debate whether it has to happen in a second or a minute, but it has to be fast, has to be there.

But none of that matters unless you have both security and now even more important, convenience.

And for security, Visa Direct has benefited from the decades of security.

that have kept our purchase and payments and our card payment transactions safe over the decades.

Now all of that applies to money movement.

And we've been able to take the security that we all trust in card payments and move that into money movement.

And that's unique.

So the four pillars of reach, speed, security, and convenience all have to be there in order to make

money movement scale to the extent is scaling so when we think of what do we bring to market it has to enhance one of those four pillars are we reaching a new endpoint that we couldn't reach before are we making it more secure are we making it faster than it used to be and is it convenient and are we adding convenience i'll give you a maybe a sneak peek for our listeners um
