And price book design is a whole argument within itself of knowing what to charge to make your gross profit what it needs to be and understand discounting and everything else.

So what did you figure out when you went out to help that particular company?

get the right conversion rate they need.

And that's the problem, too, is like, we had our garage door event recently, and JD's been a manager.

He's been working with me for over a decade now.

And I went to the scorecards, and it's really easy for me to see it now because I look at these all day.
