But on net, they're doing the right thing.
And that's really reassuring about random people on the internet.
So logic in this one is really just about reason, like doing the thing you're supposed to do.
That's really how it plays out.
It's a rational order.
It's not like randomness and so forth.
And so that is the main contributor to trust of that.
And they're all interrelated.
And this isn't my framework.
This is a framework.
It's actually quite common in the sort of
research literature about trust, and different people label it differently, but this triangle theme comes up quite a lot.
That particular one is from Frances Fry, and she is both an academic at Harvard, but she also went into Uber when they were at the very low point in a crisis of trust.
to help them sort of figure out what had gone wrong.
And Uber was in a situation where internally, nobody trusted each other.
They had lost trust with the drivers, with the regulators, and so on.
And the positive message that I got from her, the main thing I took away was, she said, you know, people always say, oh, once you've lost trust, that's it, you'll never get it back.
But she says, luckily, that's not true.
that if an organisation or even a person has lost trust, you can earn trust back, but you have to do the things.
