And that's when we started to pray and seek counsel, which ultimately led to going full-time.

Man, it's a crazy story that we were, let's see.

So we moved to Waco in 2020 during, there's this small kind of local event called COVID happened.

I don't think it hit too many people, but no, yeah.

Worldwide event, COVID happens.

And even moving to Waco, that's a longer, different story for another day.

The short version is we loved the home we were in in Dallas, the church we were at in Dallas, my job, like everything.

Life and ministry was in Dallas.

And in a very, very short period of time, through a series of events, we say God called us to Waco.

We weren't running from anything.

We weren't looking to leave.

And just, yeah, crazy, crazy way in a short period of time, we moved to Waco.

And so we're in Waco and we buy a house for the purpose of renovating it.

And we're in December.

We'd saved up some money from the sale of our home in Dallas and then just some money in general.

So we're getting ready to renovate this home in January.

And in December, our our pastor, who's my coworker, my boss, my friend.

Again, I worked for the church with him and I'm over all like ops and finance.

And so he gives a sermon on the church's debt.

And I was well acquainted with it.
