And our thing is, you know, it's at a, and I know y'all hear this a lot, it's at a two and a half percent interest rate.
And one last question before I go.
After we, you know, say we do pay off the house, after that and we start saving up, we want to look at either, you know, fixed upwards or investment properties or land.
What's your opinions on investing in those types of things?

And that's how we would do it.
You know, the only mortgage we would want, I guess, is our own.
