I mean, you're there already.
Why don't you do what we call brand extensions?
I mean, Cadbury have done this so well.
You can buy Cadbury chocolates in big boxes, little boxes, Easter boxes, Christmas box.
It's the same damn chocolate.
It's just that they con you into buying
more of them because they theme them.

Including air conditioning, put all those services under the One Home Services brand, and then I can offer all of that instead of just fixing holes in a roof.

I'm gonna come back to that price thing again.
But yeah, do not go down the path of price discounting, but rather value add.
And the easiest way to value add, of course, is to provide them with a free
gift, a free reward, a free incentive.
And I'm not saying that you wouldn't price discount a few times a year.
I mean if you've got to clear the warehouse, then you might have a half yearly sale and, you know, a boxing day sale and you get rid of all your stock and you turn it into cash.
