And if you think about it, all three really reliable, really tough players, guys who fit.

It's going to be hard to get all three done within a year.

I think it's very doable.

When I say hard, you've really got to make the numbers work.

You have to make the player understand where it meets the situation, where it makes sense for the team.

And those conversations can be hard when you're trying to do the cap right.

But I also think the relationship with all three of those guys, my sense is all three of those guys want to be here.

They like what's going on.

The team considers them long-term building blocks.

And now you've just got to figure out a way to cement the building blocks into place, right?

Yeah, they have some mechanisms, Kai, with Anton, meaning they have the fifth-year option, potential franchise tag, which you see at that position sometimes when they need to extend time.

But I think with Parker Washington, the key is they keep speaking about this receiver position as sort of three complementary pieces.

None of them were over 1,000 yards last year.

That's how, ideally, you would pay the guys as part of a puzzle.

Guys don't always want to be paid as part of a puzzle.

So that's the rub.

The reason there's a vote and the reason they don't make things official off buzz is that votes make things official.
