What can football do to keep this issue front and centre?

Because it has to be, that's the only way of moving forward with this.

We can't allow two or three months to go by and then we forget about all this.

So how can football play its part in keeping people's focus on combating racism?

Yeah, I think it is clearly a generational issue.

And if we're looking at working on the next generation, so the responsibility is with the leagues, with the clubs, with the players to keep on and on with this.

It's not something that we can talk about the next two or three weeks.

Once football starts again, we start thinking about football and not about racism.

It has to be virtually before every game that there has to be an acknowledgement that we're keeping fighting this.

And how optimistic, Julian, are you that a change will come?

There's been some really strong words.

It's been incredible, the reaction to what's happened in America.

Are you convinced that this is a turning point in the fight against racism?

Or is there still years of work to be done here?

And Joey, is racism something that you personally have been affected by as a kid growing up at school, playing the game since you've come out of the game?

Has this been going on throughout your life or has there been periods when it's kind of been worse for you?
