This is like the fact that he comes out for the left, the only lefty in the lineup.

in the fifth inning, it's like, okay, this is what we're going to do.

So I think he would have known.

So as much as maybe it is still a routine thing, you understand that that is going to have an impact when you're a starter or when you're certainly used to starting.

But as you say, I don't think that he can come out and kind of talk about the opener or the situation.

Like it just, it won't, it won't fly.

And I think that the manager sort of made it clear like, hey, like that you go out and pitch and we kind of make the we make the lineup decisions and we make the pitching decisions and things like that.

And so especially when you're sporting in an era that is getting close to seven, like I don't know that you have.

I think you sort of just have to speak on looking forward and trying to figure out what is what is going wrong this year and correcting it and getting back to the drawing board and talking to Pete Walker and talking to.

Because as we've said before, there's not an easy fix right now to plug this hole.

The easiest thing is to try to get Lauer looking closer to the guy he was last year.
