I wondered, the 5% of devices that need to be deployed in equity priority communities, I'm wondering if there is an enforcement mechanism that ensures that the devices, when they're picked up, go back to that so that we're meeting that need.

I couldn't really tell by the heat map if we were able to specify what are the equity need communities and if ridership is appropriately being used there.

To go along with the previous two questions, I think one of the complaints you hear from perhaps business owners is the dropping off of scooters and not being picked up.
