But you have to have something unique and something differentiating yourself from other salespeople.
And it's not just that you know the product the best and you get the best prices.
there's been many times in my life where I'm like, I don't even care what the price is.
I just don't want to deal with you.
Or I like you so much.
I want you to make some money.
Just tell me what the right price is and make sure you're making some money on it.
Right?
If you like the guy selling you something, guy's selling me a diamond ring.
I'm like, look,
I don't know anything about diamonds.
Do me a favor.
Don't embarrass me in two months when I bump into a buddy who knows diamonds, and I'm like, this is the ring I got.
What's the deal look like?
I said, I like you, so build in some profit, but don't get rich off me.
