I think it's the most important thing.
Someone who's mentally strong can beat anyone who's mentally weak, but physically stronger any day of the week, in my opinion.
And nothing shows that more than ultra marathons, which is probably why I love long distance running.

The runner's high, even in that moment, even with all that pain, is something that is unlike anything else.
And I mean, I used to be a guy that lifted.
I never was like a weight lifting type.
I was more of a endurance or if it was fighting, you know, I guess like there was strength and conditioning involved with it.
But I don't know, it's different muscles too.
It's like if you're benching 225 and you're aiming for whatever, 32 reps, those last five reps I guarantee are still really hard and you have to dig deep to be able to do it.
It's very similar in that sense where
I mean, I've gone to the gym some days to lift some weights that should be easy for me.
And mentally, I'm just, I can't do it.
There's something where it's just like, you know, you can't get that final push out.
And then other days you're PRing.
you do feel amazing for the rest of the day.
I will say that.
It's a way better day.
