And I think that's all that's needed to force yourself to do it.
It's also like at the end of the day, that's not, sometimes it's harder at the end of the day.
Cause that's the last thing you want to do, you know, to,
Especially if it's endurance stuff.
I don't mind going to the you know, usually when I go into the office Our gym is like right around the corner.
So I'll just go into the gym and pump some weights And that's not too bad.
But knowing that I'm gonna have to run like for 45 minutes straight That's the last thing you want to do after a full day of work So to get in your peak performance is more mental or physical it's probably more mental you say Who is it Terry Crews
has a great, it's not a quote necessarily, but he basically is like, if you can mentally push yourself to even just go to the gym and you don't, you don't even have to lift a single weight, just go and sit there.
But then you start building that habit of going to the gym.
And then maybe one day you lift up a weight and then maybe you lift up a heavier weight the next day, but you're every single day forcing yourself to at least take that drive and get to the gym.
Yeah.
And it's also only like three minutes from your life at most, you know, two minutes.
It's crazy.
And that's all it takes for you to just change everything.
anything you may honestly i know we said this like sleep sleep i i was similar to you i would pride myself in the all-nighters i could pull you know i would pride myself in not sleeping there was a period of time i did the uberman cycle if you know what that is it's like yeah sleeping for 20 minutes every four hours like i did that for like three months you know it was psychotic um
I was not a good person during that time, I don't think.
And the more I sleep, the more rational and logical my decision-making process can be, the more I could prioritize things versus impulsively reacting to things.
I think that has changed.
If there's one thing, it's good sleep and building a rational thought process.
Those are the things that people are gonna look up to you for when you are a leader.
