I don't know when I started saying this.
It's probably like 10 years ago.
It was like, you have to decide the relationship you want to have with your business and then do that.
Just only do things that equal that.
The relationship I wanted with my business was I don't work weekends ever.
Don't work Saturdays and Sundays.
I come home at 5 o'clock.
I'm home for dinner is the way I always described it.
And I'm home when my kid wakes up.
So it's standards.
Yeah.
And, and so I just realized if that, and I wanted to make a certain amount of money, right?
So I knew that if I wanted to make a certain amount of money, I wanted to be home at five and I wanted to not leave my house until seven 30 or whatever time it was and not work on Saturday and Sunday, then I had to pull other lovers that made those things possible.
And so that meant, dude, I looked up one day and I had 100 agents on our team.

It was half a deal per agent per month.
But that was cool because I could do the math on it because I knew my break even was 23 deals a month and I was closing 50 or 60.
