But obviously, we've seen them just destroy decisions that were sort of thought to be established like Roe v. Wade.

But the birthright citizenship, I mean, it's even older than that.

So one might hope that they would upkeep the sort of longstanding tradition that's there.

But you never know.

I mean, something that can provide some semblance of comfort is always reading the dissenting voices.

So in this case, Sonia Sotomayor, as well as Katonji Brown Jackson, they all had dissenting views and they outlined why this was wrong.

So I think in those sort of words, we can find the arguments that might be brought up later on, but we can only see if the conservatives will sort of come to their right senses.

Yeah, I mean, they're feeling scared.

And I think the thing that we should all be aware of is it expands.

So originally, Trump said that he was only going to deport the illegal or the undocumented immigrants who are violent or criminals.

And then it expands to sort of anyone who had political opinions that were against the administration.

And then it just expands to anyone who wasn't documented.

And then now it's expanding to people who had, in theory, who had their citizenship through being born here, but their parents weren't

So we're just seeing that that sort of the target expanding to so many people.

And you never I mean, I don't think just immigrants should be scared.

I think everyone should be scared because that's how it starts.

It's gradual.

But then all of a sudden it feels like anyone who's a opponent of Trump can be on the chopping block.

Well, it goes back to that timely quote of, I can't remember who it starts with, but it's like, first they came for the Jews, but I didn't speak up because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for the communists and so on and so forth.
