So some guys that have been around our roster here for a little bit. matched

Um, you know, we're looking forward matched

forward to getting those other two guys back, but there's a good opportunity here for some of those younger D to play some some good minutes and uh you know, obviously for Tammu and Lee to get their feet wet here right away in the season. matched

Well, I think just from age, an age perspective, I mean Simcoe will probably get the meaningful starts early on in the season. matched

But, you know, I've told everybody I'm extremely comfortable. matched

I think the coaching staff, goalie coach, everybody's very comfortable with both guys. matched

Like Parker Snell, you know, arguably could have played in the league last year, but uh, you know, we're just preaching a little bit of patience there to to let 'em go back to minor hockey and get as many starts and minutes as possible. matched

And I think that's gonna really pay dividends. matched

He got got in a few games last year um and didn't let a goal in. matched

So that was obviously remarkable on his part uh um to do that. matched

But uh looking forward to him playing a little bit more full time this year. matched

And um I think they're both gonna get a a pretty even opportunity here to out of the gate, but I'm sure Simcoe will get some of those heavier starts early on, just uh having a little bit more experience in the league. matched

Yeah, you know, last week on um Wednesday teams were allowed to

start check in for training camps and Thursday was kind of the first day we could be on ice with uh the players and so we went through majority of teams obviously running their training camps right through the long weekend.

Most teams probably wrapping up Sunday, some going through the Monday.

And uh yeah, today's kind of the first day past training camp heading into into the preseason with uh most teams between thirty and forty guys left on their preseason rosters.

Yeah, you know, it's a pretty optimistic year.

I I would say that.

It's on paper and as we know the guys are gonna have to go out there and and prove that uh you know, they are a group that can can do good things this year, but certainly an older group, uh a lot of experience in the league, um some playoff experience last year and and you know, when we talk as a staff and when you build a team as a manager with with Michael Chan and and his group as well, it's certainly a group that um
