You know, at some point that probably could potentially happen to us in the future, but at the end of the day it's you know, trying to do the best you can with your program and making sure that we're taking care of the home base when it comes down to the way we treat our players, development, um, and trying to put a good product on the ice where guys wanna be a part of it.

Yeah, it's it's it's uh I mean you talk to the families a lot.

I mean we drop these players when they're when they're fourteen years old and I mean they don't play for you for eighteen months after you pick 'em.

So the relationships you build with families, um, and the players and the continual contact of you know, conversations and obviously the advisors have a lot to do with it.

So there's there's a l a large

contingency of people you have to stay in contact with with every single player and um certainly it's creating those relationships and

And proving to them that the development opportunity that you have to offer those players is a good one.

When do you guys start preseason?

We start preseason uh this weekend.

We're down in Hinton.

We play Prince George on on Friday and Sunday.

It's been great.

Yeah, Jason's uh um really getting uh acclimatized to the group.

I mean, I love to see the I love seeing him out there and practice and the way that he conducts himself in front of the guys and I think there's a huge respect factor there from our players and it seems like he's fitting in extremely well with all the staff, obviously full time hockey staff, support staff.

So it's uh um yeah, seems like a great addition here early on.
