And that comes as well when I have clients who are depressed and they find it really hard to have a shower.
That genuinely feels like a mountain in that moment.
And it really does, really and truly does.
You know, that's not made up because it's not to do with the task.
It's about the meaning that we have next to the task.
Like you should, you know, shame, shame's everything really like, yeah.
It's so hard.

The Comeback Confidential off the back of your podcast that obviously you've had a lot of people on and share their story of addiction and overcoming it.
And you've obviously had your own journey too.
I just think you should be really proud of the platform you have, right?
To give space to people who have real frustrations around like, what about us?
What about our voice?
You know, because they are important.
And the fact that they can come to you and say that, right?
Someone who is giving a voice to people who have, you know, I think anyone I've heard on your podcast have put their hands up and been like, you know, I've taken accountability.
I just think you should be really proud of the transparency and the space that you hold.
that you want everyone to have a voice in all of this you know thanks no i really mean that i really really do because i'm going to come at this right from the psychology and the brain but i'm also i wouldn't do what i do if i didn't believe that people could change right so i i have so much empathy and respect for people who go through addiction and i'm also the daughter of someone in addiction you know and have been my whole life so um i also see both sides but again i just want to like props to the props to the platform lads you know that that this is coming up
if addiction only came down to love to motivation and to willpower they'd all be saved you know if that was enough and unfortunately it isn't and I think anyone who's been in addiction knows that it's so much more than that it's
We all have different reasons why we turn to addiction.
