There's definitely some beautiful podcasts for families and platforms for families who've gone through this.

And I think maybe like having a little follow off those two, because I think for me, I would feel drained if I felt like everything I was seeing on my phone or in conversations was just the side of the person who's going through addiction.

So I always try in every area of my life to make sure I'm getting balanced media or, you know, like people that I follow.

And because you absolutely do deserve to feel seen and heard.

And maybe with something like a recovery podcast, even though I know it's so much more than that, you're going to continuously see maybe one perspective.

But there are there's some amazing charities, websites.

uh podcasts who focus just on the family side um and yours is so important too so i hope that you maybe have a little rejig and find some of them for you too to feel empowered um i don't so did this come off the back of you saying that people shouldn't say the word like druggy or yeah yeah that's two things can exist at once that is still really offensive that is still harmful and

The reason why I still feel really strongly on that is because people stay in addiction because they feel so much shame.

And if we continue to use shame and language, we'll have less people in recovery.

So I do still think that we need to be boundaried around that and not use those words.

And also, I mean, sharing your story helps people to maybe open their eyes to the harms that they do.

But again, that's going to be an internal journey.

But all the way, like, just at the end of it, I think I'm jumping in from different parts that you've said and speaking about it.

And...

For everyone, not just you.

If I had you in front of me, I would love a different chat, but I need to kind of maybe... I know lots of people are going to listen to this, so I have to be broad about it.

But I think for you, you're a warrior girl.
