And it's like, hey, I've got a candidate I want you to interview.

I'm like, oh, did you speak with them?

Like, it is just the same way that you would nurture a lead that was a $100,000 customer is how you would want to nurture an employee.

Because often you're paying someone $50,000 to $200,000, right, say you're a small business.

How would you nurture a lead that was worth that much money, let alone an employee who's going to stay for a long period of time?

And so I think that we look at it the wrong way.

We think that it's different than that, but it's actually the same.

And candidates right now, especially, you know, I think it's going to change a little bit in the next coming months.

But right now, you know, the ball's still in a lot of people's courts where they have unlimited opportunity.
