We all want the same things.
So we need to make sure that next generation are educated.
And there's fantastic organization doing that in our schools at the moment.
Show races in the red card and kick it out of really try to educate children in schools.
And I think that's the way that you eradicate this long term.
They're asking me, it's been great because a lot of white players are asking me, what are your thoughts on it?
Why is there such anger?
And it's a great question because if you are white and if you do a nine to five job and you work and you provide for your children, you don't really have time to educate yourselves on things that, in your point, if you don't concern you.
So I don't get frustrated or angry when people don't understand where this anger comes from.
or this reason to protest at the moment.
Because to do that, you need to have these conversations.
So players are asking me in terms of what should we say, what should we do?
And my answer to them always is say what you think.
Don't be afraid.
I think for too long, racism has been a taboo subject in our society.
And in order to break down those barriers, we need people to be able to feel safe, to be able to say what they think and be challenged in a respectful way for us to move forward.
It was strange.
You know, we were working to all the, you know, the protocols that coronavirus has caused us to prepare for.
And, you know, we've been working on four players to a pitch, moving up to eight players to a pitch.
Thankfully, now we're into 11 v 11.
