Absolutely.
And then let's just talk about NEAT, N-E-A-T, and why that matters for the metabolism.
Can you explain that?
So then what about cravings?
You know, I think this is something that a lot of us struggle with.
There'll be this 3pm slump that maybe can only be combated by a little sugar hit, a biscuit or a slice of something.
You know, how do you cope with cravings?
And are they a sign that our body's
maybe actually crying out for specific nutrients or maybe ones that can support this?
I think that's really interesting.
And actually, I was very pleased when I remember we were first picking up systole and seeing that it had chromium in it and thinking, oh, that's good.
You know, it's such a female focused supplement, I think.
And to have that in there specifically, I've looked into the data on chromium and helping to curb cravings, sugar cravings, and it really is something that can help.
Now, I'd love your take on this because I think it speaks to so many women listening.
There is this cycle, isn't there, of restriction with food and then we feel deprived and then we fall off whatever regime we're on and then we feel guilty about it.
It kind of goes around and it goes around in our head.
It messes with our brain, with our emotions, with our self-esteem, all of that.
I think what you're describing is a completely different approach.
It's about nourishment rather than punishment.
And I'd love to just have a chat about why that shift in thinking, particularly I think for women, matters so much.
