Maybe if her GP could monitor a trial, you know, assess her heart health, check her blood pressure, check against any existing medication and you know, the appropriate product that she's thinking of using and her dose.

I would also ask her doctor to check that you've screened out other potentially treatable contributors to fatigue and brain fog, so anemia.

thyroid problems, vitamin B twelve levels, folate deficiency, medication side effects.

As I said earlier, older people can often end up in a polypharmacy situation of prescribed medications built up over time and this can stress the liver and other functions in the body, leading to tiredness.

You know, I recently did a review

of a of an elderly family member and um and their medication.

And I managed through discussions with their prescribing pharmacist and with their GP to get many of them either removed completely or dialed down in dose.

So again, that was after I spoke personally several times to the GP and it was all monitored.
