Right.
The when we're in a pressure cooker, you know, we can't be our best selves.
We can't make the the best decisions for the company.
And we ultimately go straight to what decisions will um um will get us some results immediately, right?
But the challenge is we may get some immediate results.
But they might be short term and it could actually be backfiring on us because like I said previously, we could get some customers, they not they may not be the ideal customers, ultimately they churn, they attrit, and then something bad happens down the road.
So it could be a short term game, very long term pain for the business.
So that is just you know some of the things that I think about and I think
ultimately what AI
is gonna push us to do Jordan.
You know, there's this Harvard study that says, um it was a study with seven hundred and seventy six B and G professionals.
And basically they gave AI to cross functional teams.
And when these cross functional teams use A used AI, they began to care less about the boundaries of their job.
Which is awesome, right?
Because AI doesn't care about our departments and our silos.
The good news about that, our customers don't care either, right?
And I I'm gonna connect this for you.
