And that was my headspace.

I was like, don't you dare try and come for me on this because this is the only thing I'm really good at.

And it was that.

Wow.

That was the feelings.

Those were the emotions that were attached to me and my eating disorder.

something in your life so it could be anything right it could be drugs drink food weight like whatever but it's like if I can control this I am safe yeah and I loved it I really like I kept thinking I've got a secret sauce here they don't know but I'm on something with this and I was really proud of my ability to under eat and be hungry

And that's really terrifying.

And thank God that I've come through the other end.

Now I have definitely I've control issues, but just with different things now, like my business is what I control.

And John certainly gave me those tools to feel like I'm your safe place.

You don't need to be in control anymore because I've got you.

And he kind of stepped into that role for me in a big way.

And I've got a real antennae for spotting a good person, I think.

That is my secret weapon in my job, in my job that I do now, is that I can spot bullshit a mile off.

And I kind of entertain, I will entertain people because of my job, I have to sometimes, but it's quite locked down, my group of friends.

And I don't really step outside of that unless I have to.

I'm quite protective of my mates.
