I think it's from upbringing, but I think it's Virgin Atlantic that taught me that.

Oh, really?

I think it being cabin crew taught me a lot of that.

You can just, there's just little things.

And I think when people get on planes, they become quite childlike, right?

Because they don't really know what they're doing.

So they're just like, you're in charge.

You know, you tell them when to put their seatbelt on, you tell them when they're allowed to go to the toilet.

So you really, analysing folk on a plane has really helped me in everything else I've ever done, really.

Think about it as well, how you feel when you get on a plane.

You do become a bit childlike.

You're not driving.

You don't really understand how the plane works.

And it's like, yeah, I think that I recognised how powerful that was.

I was 10 years flying, right?

It's a long, long time to be one-on-one customer service.

And so I really got to meet every walk of life on that job.

You know, all different types of people.

Well, what happened for me was that I eventually got to a point of like, I can't do this anymore.

Went and spoke to a line manager and they grounded me, which I was devastated about.
